CenterCal Names New Senior GM, Marketing Coordinator for The Veranda, Streets of Brentwood
COSTA MESA, Calif. Feb. 10 2025 — CenterCal Properties, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate company serving the western U.S., recently named Charles “Chuck” Martinez as its new Senior General Manager of two of its San Francisco Bay Area properties: The Veranda in Concord, Calif., and The Streets of Brentwood in Brentwood, Calif. It also announced the hiring of Dana Moldovan as The Veranda’s new Marketing Coordinator.
The Veranda is the East Bay’s next-generation shopping, dining and entertainment destination. Martinez most recently was the Regional Director with Vestar, helping acquire, develop and manage retail and entertainment destinations in Northern California. He began his property management career with Westfield in Century City, Los Angeles, and went on to manage several Westfield properties. He has also worked for Sunset Development Co. and Gulf Related in Abu Dhabi, where he helped introduce The Galleria on Al Maryah Island.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Moldovan previously was a Property Manager of nine locations in Contra Costa and Solano counties, and before that was Director of Marketing for CUE, Inc., and provided logistical management for annual conferences and other events throughout California, with attendance numbering in the thousands.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Sonoma State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California, in addition to holding her California Real Estate license.
