Ice at the Veranda is returning this winter and we look forward to welcoming you back to skate! Come glide on the ice Friday, November 8, 2024 through Friday, February 14, 2025. We are grateful to this season’s sponsor, Bentley School.

Tickets may be purchased online in advance or on-site, on a first-come/first served basis. Your reservation is only valid for the time(s) and date(s) purchased. Tickets are for 75 minutes of skating time, which begins at the time of check-in. The ticket purchaser will receive two separate emails: One is their receipt and the second includes a link to their Reservation Management page, where the purchaser will assign the names of the skating participants and complete electronic waivers. Each skating participant must sign their own waiver. A legal guardian must sign a waiver for minors.

To guarantee admission, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets online ahead of time.

Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Reservations do not guarantee that your skate size will be available. Wait times for available skates may occur.


Admission Pricing

$20.00 per skater. Price includes tax, skate rental and 75-minutes of skate time. Available for purchase HERE.


Season Pass Pricing

$159.00 per skater. A season pass includes unlimited ice skating during operating hours and the use of rental ice skates. Season passes cannot be transferred from one person to another. One season pass per person. Available for purchase HERE.

How To Make A Reservation, and Buy A Ticket

1. Click the link above and select the date, time and number of tickets you wish to purchase.

2. Fill out required information for purchase.

3. Assign a skating participant to each admission ticket.

4. Each participant must fill out a waiver. Minors must have a parent or guardian fill the waiver for them.

5. Once your waiver is completed, you will see the QR Code to be used as E-Ticket when entering the facility.

6. After completing payment, a receipt will be emailed and a separate email will include a link to your reservation management page, that you can access at any time and will use to enter the facility. NOTE: You will not receive your E-ticket(s) until you have completed the waiver(s). Frequently Asked Questions The “FAQs”

How do I purchase my skating tickets?

Tickets are available online, on a first-come/first-serve basis. Tickets may be purchased at the ice rink, but quantities may be limited. Anyone who arrives at the venue without tickets will be shown a QR-code to purchase tickets via a smartphone. If you are unable to purchase your tickets on a smart device, you may still purchase your tickets on-site via credit card transaction. *Note: cash transactions will not be available.

To guarantee admission, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets online ahead of time.

When can I come to skate?

Check the public operating hours on this website. Tickets may be purchased online in advance or on-site. Your reservation is only valid for the time(s) and date(s) purchased. Tickets are for 75 minutes of skating time, which begins at the time of check-in.


Can I get a refund on my ticket once I have purchased a ticket?

No, your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another day.


What if I buy a ticket and the weather is unfavorable?

We continue to skate in light rain or drizzle. If heavy rain or severe storm conditions are expected, resulting in a venue closure, all ticket purchasers will be notified by email and have the opportunity to reschedule.

Can I enter the venue with my child if I’m not skating?

We welcome non-skaters and request that children under 12 are supervised at all times. If you choose to accompany your child on the ice, you must be in ice skates and have purchased an admission ticket.


Are there any age restrictions?

There is no age restriction. We do expect skaters to be responsible for their own actions. Our Responsibility Code notes that carrying things while skating is one example of an irresponsible action. This would apply to carrying children as well. We do ask that anyone under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult.


What are the rental skate sizes available?

We have skates from Toddler-8 to Adult-15. We do offer double-runners for very young children. As a reminder, reservations do not guarantee that your skate size will be available. Wait times for available skates may occur.


Do I need to wear socks?

Yes.


Can I bring my own ice skates?

Yes, however, depending on location, rental skates are included in the admission pricing, and using personal skates will not be discounted.


Can I bring a hockey stick and puck?

No. Hockey sticks or pucks are not allowed on the ice.


If I bring my own skates, do you offer skate sharpening services?

No. We do not offer sharpening services.


Can I wear my shoes on the ice?

No. Only ice skates are allowed on the ice.


Can you come in to skate, leave for lunch, and then come back afterwards?

No. You are only able to skate during your secured 75-minute timeframe. We recommend eating prior to or after your skating experience.


What do people do with their purses, backpacks, or shoes while skating?

We do not have lockers. Staff is not allowed to watch or hold your belongings. Please note that Ice at The Veranda is not liable for any lost or stolen property.


Can I have a stroller on the ice?

No.


Can my child wear a helmet?

Just as you make the decision to bring a jacket or gloves, the decision on a helmet should be made prior to arriving at the rink venue. We do not rent or make helmets available.


Do you offer skate aids for toddlers?

We do not, however we do have double-runners for children under the age of 4. Structured shoes, like sneakers or boots, are required for clamp on double-runners.


What should I wear to go ice skating?

Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear layers if in a cold climate. Socks and gloves are available for purchase on site.


Are you ADA accessible?

Absolutely! All of our rinks are ADA compliant.


Are wheelchairs allowed on the ice?

Yes, we allow and encourage wheelchairs on the ice; please ask a Guest Service member for assistance.


Can I host a group or private event?

The Veranda would LOVE to celebrate your big events with you! From the LUXE Cinema Patio to Dave & Busters, we’ve got options for you! Where is the ice rink located?

The Ice at The Veranda is located in front of The Veranda Luxe Cinema, right next to the children’s climber. You can see the location by clicking HERE.

Will there be any food or drink available?

Are there bathroom facilities in the venue?

The public restrooms closest to the Ice Rink are just inside the lobby behind Mikuni. Click HERE. for a map indicating the location.


Do you have a lost and found?

If you have lost something while ice skating, please contact . Generally, items are cleared out and donated every few weeks.


Do you provide heaters for the outdoor areas?

We do have heaters and fire pits throughout the common area of Pavilions around the Ice at The Veranda. Enjoy a bite or a drink under the heat!


What is the smoking policy?

Smoking; including tobacco or vapor cigarettes is prohibited throughout the shopping center.


Is the facility “pet friendly”?

Dogs, cats, and/or service animals are permitted on property with proper leashes or containers. Unleased or aggressive animals may be asked to leave. Do not place animals on furniture. Owners must clean up after their pets. Pets are not allowed on the ice.
